What is a credit?
Credits are purchased and used to send emails and text messages.
- - Each Email = 1 Credit
- - Each SMS Message = 2 Credits
- - Each MMS Media Mesage = 4 Credits
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your account drops to 100 credits left we will add credits automatically if you have Auto bill enabled. if you don't have auto bill we will alert you. If you run out of credits completely we will alert you and suspend your account until credits are added.
When are credits used?
Every time the system sends an email or text message for your promotion registration or marketing campaigns we will subtract credits from your account.
What are the difference in plan types?
We are now offering 4 types of Accounts:
- The Free Account (FREE) - a basic account.
- The Bronze Plan ($9.99 billed Monthly) - everything that the free account includes but allows you to sell basic products on your promos. Includes 250 credits free monthly.
- The Silver Plan ($19.99 billed Monthly) - everything that the free account includes and gives you an account concierge that will help you set up your promotions, market your promotions, curate your data and help set up your marketing campaigns. Includes 750 credits free monthly.
- The Gold Plan ($99.99 billed Monthly) - gets you the whole nine yards. You get an account concierge that will help you set up your promotions, market your promotions, curate your data and help set up your marketing campaigns as well as the ability to sell basic products on your promos. Includes 1,500 credits free monthly.
